Jason Zimmerman has been the Revenue Supervisor for the City of Rockville since 2006, which is a City of approximately 65,000 residents. He has been a member of APT US&C since 2008. Jason wrote the city’s cash handling policy in 2007 and had it certified by the APT US&C. He also was awarded the city’s High Performance Award in 2007.
Jason Zimmerman is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is an avid UConn hoops fan. Jason is a member of the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association where he has served as the Program Chair. He currently assists in both the Program Committee and Newsletter as well as serves on the Board of Directors.
Jason and his wife, Maggie, have lived in Columbia, MD for the past 13 years. They have two daughters, Megan who is 7 and Caitlin who is 17 months. Their family is protected and loved by their 2 dogs, Ramses (a Burnese Mountain Dog) and Anubis (a black German Shepherd). Both Jason and Maggie are avid ancient Egypt buffs and enjoy the outdoors.
