Mrs. Rucker received her Bachelors Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Winthrop University in 1996 and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University in 2004. Mrs. Rucker has 10 years local government experience and is currently the Town Administrator for the Town of Kiawah Island. She has been a member of APT since 2001 and serves on the Cash Handling, Membership and Investment Policy committees. Ms. Rucker has worked as an Operations Analyst with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and an adjunct professor of Accounting at York Technical College. Tumiko Rucker is married to Curtis Rucker Jr. and is the mother of three children.
