Dana Ratcliffe was nominated and elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada beginning in July 2009.
Ms. Ratcliffe has been a member of APT US&C since 1997. She is currently serving as a member of the Investment Policy Certification Committee. Dana received her Certified Public Finance Administrator (CPFA) in 2008, and completed the Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) in 2010.
Ms. Ratcliffe was appointed as Treasurer for the City of Weatherford, Oklahoma in 2007. Prior to her appointment as Treasurer for the City of Weatherford, Dana served as the Deputy Treasurer for the City of Clinton, Oklahoma, for ten years.
Ms. Ratcliffe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
She is a member of the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officers Association (OMCTFOA), Oklahoma Association of Public Treasurers (OAPT), and Weatherford, Oklahoma chapter of Kiwanis International. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Government Finance Officers Association of Oklahoma (GFOAO). Dana is also a graduate of the 2009 Leadership Weatherford class XI, which is a program designed to energize the community and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
