If you are interested in forming an APT US & C affiliated association within your state or province, please review the "Criteria For Acknowledging State/Provincial Associations" which can be found below. Criteria for acknowledging State/Provincial Associations

• The purpose of the organization shall be to promote the educational and professional interest of the public treasurer.
• There shall be an annual meeting.
• Election of officers shall be held at the annual meeting.
• The Bylaws shall state:
  • Qualification for membership
  • Members rights and privileges
  • Dues structure
  • Termination of membership
  • Officer titles, qualifications, powers, duties, manner and time of election
