EXHIBIT RULES AND REGULATIONS

APT US&C Annual Conference is the foremost event to help your company meet and interact with hundreds of Public Treasurers who are decision makers. Booth Prices (10 X 10 Space)
- $1,450 Associate Member
- $1,850 Non-Member
What is Included with Your Booth?
Exhibitors will receive the following benefits with their booth space:
- Two complimentary exhibit hall only passes per (10’x10’) booth – exhibit hall only passes provide access to the exhibit hall during move-in, move-out, and exhibit hall hour
- Complimentary registration which includes opening reception, coffee breaks, lunch, reception/dinner, and entrance to all APT US&C programs and social events.
- Special exhibitor only pricing on full conference registrations
- Company listing and description in the 2008 conference program book
- On-site attendee roster, which includes attendee name, title, agency name, city and state
- Company name listed on the conference web page
- Booth furnishings (furniture, carpet, electrical, Internet, phone, and etc.) are not included with your booth fee. This form will be forthcoming in the near future.
