Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or emailed prior to July 1, 2017. Refunds are subject to a $100.00 service charge. Refunds will not be issued on cancellations postmarked after July 1, 2017. To accommodate our delegates, substitutions will be accepted from the same city/firm up to July 1, 2017. After this time, a charge of $20.00 will be applied for any substitution. No refunds will be issued for guests for cancellations postmarked after July 1, 2017.
