Participants will learn proven best practices for accurate cash handling, fraud prevention, and compliance with municipal financial procedures.

This session will equip front line employees with real-world strategies to safeguard assets, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain public trust. Participants will walk away with practical techniques to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and strengthen internal controls.
