CPFIM/ACPFIM Re-Certification Training

The nationally recognized Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) certification program is designed to provide the confidence and knowledge to manage your investments better. Both the regular and advanced certifications must be renewed every five years. This APT US&C training course is the fastest way to renew your certification while gaining an invaluable refresher and update on the concepts of managing public funds investments. The training topics include:

• Review of the concepts from the five modules of the CPFIM (Safety, Investment Policy, Liquidity, Yield, and Strategy).
• Strategy and application of concepts from the five modules.
• Current market analysis and interpreting the potential impact to your strategy.
• Upcoming financial/investment trends.

This session is offered online as an interactive livestreamed training. Classroom time is three hours. Graduates will receive an emailed certificate upon completion of an evaluation and a mailed plaque/insert recognizing their accomplishment. Please note: attendees must have achieved either the CPFIM or ACPFIM to attend this training. 

The training will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The training time is listed below by time zone: 

• 10:00 am-12:00 pm - Pacific
• 11:00 am -1:00 pm - Mountain
• 12:00 pm-2:00 pm - Central
• 1:00 pm-4:00 pm - Eastern
