2-Hour Virtual Training

Not sure where to begin with artificial intelligence? This introductory course provides public treasury and finance professionals with a practical understanding of AI, including common terminology, tools, capabilities, and limitations.

Participants will explore how AI can support everyday workplace responsibilities—from drafting communications and summarizing information to research, brainstorming, analysis, and improving efficiency. The course will also address important considerations surrounding accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible use in a public-sector environment.
