State Affiliate Awards

Congratulations to the many APT US&C members who are recognized for exemplary service and commitment by their state organizations. We are proud of your accomplishments! Please share your honors with us so that we can recognize you and your state organization for all of the work that is done for regional and local treasury professionals throughout the country.

Here are two honorees who also serve on the APT US&C Board of Directors.

Julie Silbernagel, 2019 WAMCAT of the Year
Julie was recognized with the highest honor from the Wyoming Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers. The WAMCAT of the Year is given annually to an individual who is outstanding in their performance and achievements. Julie is the Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Buffalo, Wyoming, and the Vice President of APT US&C. 

Ashley VanDeburgh, Member of the Year, OMCTFOA
Ashley was awarded the 2019 Member of the Year by the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers, and Finance Officials Association (OMCTFOA). This is their highest honor, given to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the objectives of their organization as well as to the improvement of municipal government. Ashley is the City Clerk and Deputy Treasurer for the City of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and is a current Board Advisor and Past President of APT US&C.
