Fraud Prevention Series Part One: Fiduciary Duties & Ethics

This exciting new series will provide a comprehensive look at fraud prevention and related topics. Part One, Fiduciary Duties and Ethics is an excellent training course for all municipal officials. From elected officials to front-line workers, municipal employees are held to a higher standard and have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the public.  Municipalities establish ethics policies to guide the actions of officials. This session defines fiduciary duty and uses case studies and scenarios to guide attendees as they identify their fiduciary duty and how to follow ethics guidance and be a good fiduciary.

Daniel Porter, a Certified Fraud Examiner, brings his wide range of experience to this online series - he is knowledgeable, entertaining, and will make you aware of the potential fraudsters around you.
