CPFIM/ACPFIM Re-Certification Training

The nationally recognized Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) certification program is designed to provide the confidence and knowledge to manage your investments better. Both the regular and advanced certifications must be renewed every five years. This APT US&C training course is the fastest way to renew your certification while gaining an invaluable refresher and update on the concepts of managing public funds investments. The training topics include:

• Review of the concepts from the six modules of the CPFIM (Investment Instruments; Banks, Brokers and Advisors; Governance and Your Investment Policy; Safety, Liquidity, and Yield; Cash Flow; Strategy).
• Strategy and application of concepts from the six modules.
• Current market analysis and interpreting the potential impact to your strategy.
• Upcoming financial/investment trends.

This session is offered as an in-person training at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lansing, Michigan. Classroom time is two and a half hours. Graduates will receive an emailed certificate upon completion of an evaluation and a mailed plaque/insert recognizing their accomplishment.

The training will be held on Thursday, January 16 from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm EDT. Attendees must have completed the CPFIM training.
